Device permissions.

Only DISPLAY_NOTIFICATIONS has a built-in delegate. Requesting any other permission requires the app to register a PermissionDelegate with PermissionsManager, otherwise the request resolves to PermissionStatus.NOT_DETERMINED and nothing is shown.
